libfcitx-config4 software package provides Flexible Input Method Framework - configuration support library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfcitx-config4
libfcitx-config4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfcitx-config4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfcitx-config4 *
You will get with libfcitx-config4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
